Reference is made to our bulletin dated June 5, 2026, with respect to the listing of the Company's shares.
The Company has completed its initial public offering (the "Offering") on June 9, 2026. The gross proceeds received by the Company for the Offering were $4,050,000 (10,125,000 units at $0.40 per unit, each consisting of 1 common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable into 1 common share at $0.60 per share for 24 months from closing date, subject to an acceleration right as set out in the warrant indenture between the Company and Odyssey Trust Company, as warrant agent). Therefore, the common shares of the Company, which were listed at the close of business on June 8, 2026, were admitted to trading on market open on June 9, 2026.
